Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The thermal village and spa were fantastic, and we enjoyed every relaxing moment. However, while breakfast was good, it could benefit from a bit more organization during peak hours. Overall, it was worth every penny we spent for such a luxurious experience.

My experience at the spa hotel was mixed. While the spa facilities were beautiful and relaxing, my last visit felt overcrowded, which made it less enjoyable than in the past. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the attention they gave during my stay, though it did feel like there weren't enough to cater to the large number of guests. I loved the food, especially the breakfast, but I think the experience could benefit from better crowd management.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While I found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful, the spa facilities were disappointingly overcrowded, which made for a less than relaxing experience. The dining options were quite good, especially the breakfast, but the service in some areas could definitely improve. Overall, I appreciated the room's quality and comfort, but considering the price, there are areas that could be significantly better.

I had a disappointing experience overall, despite the hotel's beautiful surroundings and potential. The check-in process was quite frustrating, especially with the attitude of the staff at the front desk. There were some positive moments with the friendly service in the spa area, but the dining options and the room temperature left a lot to be desired. While some staff members were exceptional, the lack of attention in specific areas really detracted from my experience.
Rooms

The room was spotlessly clean and offered a lovely view of the thermal village, but it was unexpectedly cold, making for a less comfortable stay.

The hotel is set in a stunning area, surrounded by nature, which adds to the overall appeal, even though access to certain areas was hazardous due to weather conditions.
Dining

The dining experience varied; while there were some decent options, the dinner service was disappointing with overcooked meals and limited drink offerings.

The spa facilities were lovely, but my experience with the forest bathing tub was ruined due to dirty water, which was quite off-putting.
