i found the changing facilities in the thermal village to be quite crowded upon arrival. this made it a bit stressful to prepare for enjoying the spa.

i was upgraded to a shepherds hut before my stay and found it very relaxing it reminded me of a home. the spa wasn't too crowded. the delivery driver from the on-site takeaway was lovely and the food arrived cooked perfectly.

the ghd hairdryer was a good addition. a dyson heater ensured the room remained cozy. the complimentary mini bar offered a selection of refreshments, appreciated. pillow spray was also available, a thoughtful touch that enhanced the experience.
the car park felt a little distant from the main entrance.
